Can I Count on You? — A Post Election Request

By. Neil Williamson, President

The elections are over (thank goodness) and now the work of governing begins.  With changes, comes new organizational dynamics and new priorities.  Yes, there is much work ahead.

But, now I need your help.  Please donate online to support our work.  We can’t do it without you.

2019-11-07 07_51_06-Microsoft EdgeFor nearly 16 years, the Free Enterprise Forum has been Central Virginia’s leading pro-business voice advocating positive economic development positions, property rights and fighting regulatory overreach.

Most readers of the blog know, we track over 100 boards and commissions in Albemarle, Charlottesville, Greene. Fluvanna and Louisa.  Many of these meetings are lightly attended #SeatsAvailable.

We have over 20,000 tweets (many live tweeting local meetings) and our popular blog has over 1,200 followers.  We are making an impact!

What you may not know is that each year, the Free Enterprise Forum must raise ~$50,000 from private donors to keep our lean operation running.

Unfortunately, our 2019 fundraising is behind.  We need to raise $10,000 in the next 50 days to meet our rather tight budget.

Will you help?

A donation of $50, $100, $500 or even $1,000 will go a long way to helping us reach our fundraising goal.

You can donate online

Or simply send a check to us at 550 Hillsdale Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22901.

If you find the work of the Free Enterprise Forum to be important, please donate today.

I am counting on you.

Respectfully Submitted,

Neil Williamson, President
